Self-Pay Therapy Option
Enjoy the anonymity of the self-pay therapy options. No need to go through HR for EAP information, no
need to worry about insurance co-pays, deductibles, or coinsurance. Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of
a pay per session or pay in advance (max 3) with pre booked sessions.
50-minute individual session $100
90-minute couples session $140

Insurance vs. Self-Pay
-
Confidentiality. All therapy sessions are confidential, unless you use your insurance that is. Insurance companies would then have your information and control over how many sessions you should receive based on your diagnosis.
-
Cost. For your insurance to approve your therapy session cost, you must receive a diagnosis.
-
Insurance companies may raise insurance premiums due to said diagnosis and may rate you on a different tier. In addition, insurance companies often have hidden costs, self-pay allows for complete transparency
-
Fast. No hassle or weeklong delays in finding a therapist in your insurance network. Some insurance companies require a preauthorization and do not cover specialized therapies. When you choose self-pay, you get to choose your therapist.
