Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor

Peter 4:10

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves” -Viktor Frankl

I have worked as a mental health therapist for over 10 years and specialize in serving those who have survived severe trauma. I believe there is strength in all of us and through therapy we can learn to overcome pain and enjoy life again.

I am an easy going, non-judgmental person and have worked with both adults and children diagnosed with various mental health conditions. The foundation of a successful therapeutic relationship is trust and communication. Therapy shouldn’t feel like a job interview, it should be relaxed, conversational and collaborative. Call, text or email and get started on taking back your life.

In my spare time: I love spending time with my family and enjoying life’s little moments. I am a horror movie fanatic and a huge Stephen King fan. I find peace in nature, music and reading

Lindsey Obert, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Hey everybody! My name is Lindsey Obert and I am one of the co-founders and LPC here at Psykhe Inc. I have been in the mental health field for 6 years and am a recent graduate at Sam Houston State University. Participating in therapy should feel safe, sincere and liberating and that is what I strive for in my sessions. When I am not seeing clients, I am busy searching for memes, re-watching 30 Rock episodes and petting dogs that don't belong to me.  So, if you are looking for an experienced intern, I am ready and willing to work with you to help you reach your potential.

Michelle Land, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Thank you for stopping by to learn more about me and to see how I can help you. I have a strong belief in resilience and in helping others who are searching for something greater in life. I understand that while life can be filled with happiness, hope, and fun memories, it can also feel difficult to navigate in many ways at times.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC75191) who specializes in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, suicidal thinking, overwhelming emotions, trauma, anxiety and relationship concerns. I have worked in the field of mental health for 7 years and provided therapy services for 5 years in outpatient, inpatient and private practice settings.

My therapeutic approach is based on using evidenced based cognitive and behavioral techniques to explore how thoughts, feelings and beliefs influence our actions and behaviors. My goal is to serve as your confidant, helping you to identify and utilize your inner strength and power to tap into the root of where the answers lie. Asking for help is not easy but it opens the doors for change to begin.

A little bit more about me…In my free time, I enjoy traveling, watching a great (or crappy) horror movie, entertaining my pups, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Kaitlyn Johnson

LPC

My name is Kaitlyn — though I warmly welcome you to call me Kaity. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they work toward meaningful personal growth, emotional well-being, and a deeper sense of inner peace.

I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel truly seen and heard. My approach is grounded in genuine care, authenticity, and a commitment to providing a non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. Through our work together, you can expect to gain valuable self-awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and build the clarity and confidence needed to create lasting, positive change in your life.

Outside of the counseling room, I have a well-known love for cows — a passion that brings a lighthearted, personal touch to the therapeutic space. When I'm not in session, you'll likely find me enjoying time outdoors with my dog.

Brenda Iracheta

Licensed Professional Counselor

Hi! My name is Brenda Iracheta, and I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor with Psykhe. First, let me congratulate you for making the decision to make your mental health a priority; there is much strength in that alone. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can share and increase your awareness to find emotional freedom and unlock the power that is within you.

I have been working for people with diverse needs for over 18 years including but not limited to people with physical and sensory disabilities, chronic medical conditions and mental health difficulties. My expertise includes working with people struggling with adjustment to disability and chronic health issues, depression, anxiety, spousal abuse/relationship, grief, and cultural issues.

Some of the things that make me the happiest are spending time with the people I love, playing and
spoiling my fur baby Lil Bit, karaoke, perusing social media, documentaries, and attending music
concerts! I have been to more than forty so far!

My hope is that you decide to start therapy, even if it is not specifically with me. Therapy can be cathartic, truly life changing; I am a testament to that. If you decide to start your journey toward mental health recovery with me, I look forward to meeting you.

Le'Gari Daniels

Licensed Professional Counselor

I am Le’Gari Daniels, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 3 years of intensive inpatient experience. Throughout my career, I have worked with adults (18+) facing challenges related to psychosis, bipolar disorder, depression, personality disorders, and other mental health concerns. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Abilene Christian University and strive to create a therapeutic environment rooted in compassion, growth, and authenticity.

  • Acceptance and Commitment (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Hello! My name is Anamile Idalia Guerra, and I am a bilingual licensed professional counselor associate, fluent in English and Spanish. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UTRGV and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from USW.

My counseling style is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. I incorporate approaches such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help you build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.

A little bit about me: I enjoy horror movies, podcasts, reading, true crime, singing, going to the beach, and spending time in nature. I am also a huge dog and animal lover. One of my most meaningful life experiences was living in Southeast Asia for almost three years, where I was able to explore different cultures and become a certified open water diver.
