Jennifer Gonzalez, LPC-S
Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor
“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves” -Viktor Frankl
I have worked as a mental health therapist for over 10 years and specialize in serving those who have survived severe trauma. I believe there is strength in all of us and through therapy we can learn to overcome pain and enjoy life again.
I am an easy going, non-judgmental person and have worked with both adults and children diagnosed with various mental health conditions. The foundation of a successful therapeutic relationship is trust and communication. Therapy shouldn’t feel like a job interview, it should be relaxed, conversational and collaborative. Call, text or email and get started on taking back your life.
In my spare time: I love spending time with my family and enjoying life’s little moments. I am a horror movie fanatic and a huge Stephen King fan. I find peace in nature, music and reading

Mia Stallworth, M.A., LPC-A
I want to congratulate you in taking your first step in your mental health journey. This can be a difficult decision to make. Let me share a little bit about myself. I have obtained my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and obtained my Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Wayland Baptist University. I have experience and training in the areas of cognitive behavioral therapy, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, marriage and family counseling, couples counseling, and chemical dependency counseling. I also hosted a seminar about resistant adolescents from trauma, adversity, and attachment. I work with many clients from adolescents to adults.
My approach to counseling is getting to the root of the problem by examining the client's history and discovering existing patterns. I believe in client-centered therapy. I believe my clients are humans first and not their presenting problems. It is important for my clients to feel heard, seen, and understood through establishing a safe and non-judgemental space. As your therapist, I will always advocate for your personal growth. I believe everyone has the strength to overcome the challenges they face and I would be honored to help guide you through your journey.
